Facilitated by Susan Koppersmith, who brings over 15 years of experience, these sessions are gentle, inclusive, and full of heart. Writing together in community is not only enriching—it’s a joyful way to connect, reflect, and discover new perspectives.
Participants will have time to check in, respond to fun and thoughtful writing prompts, and—only if they feel comfortable—share what they’ve written.

Memory Connections is a four-week creative program led by Rachel, a Social Work practicum student, designed for individuals living with memory challenges and their caregivers. In a calm, supportive environment, participants take part in enjoyable activities that encourage connection, creativity, and shared experiences—at their own pace.

Caregivers are warmly invited to participate alongside their loved ones. All abilities are welcome.
