Help us and have a great time while dong it! We are seeking a cook to prepare the meals for our Hot Lunch Program. Our Hot Lunch program is very important because it helps to provide seniors with low-cost nutritious meals. This is a very rewarding role, where you will feed 10-25 very appreciative seniors each day.
We are looking for help from 9:00-1:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There is some flexibility required in this position – our regular cook is unavailable due to medical reasons and we are uncertain when she will return. You can choose to start anytime between October 4th and November 1st.

We normally serve traditional Canadian meals, including: Baked Chicken, Meatloaf, Salmon and Rice, Shepherd’s Pie, Tuna Melts, Quiche, Roast Beef or Pork, Beef Stew, Stir-fry, etc. If you start in October you will be able to choose your November menu.

Please contact Alanna if you are interested or have any questions. You can email her at alarsen@southgranvilleseniorscentre.ca or phone 604.732.0812.

Thank you! We look forward to hearing from you.
